Applicant Privacy Notice

Berksdelivery collects the information you submit in the courier application to evaluate your qualifications, communicate with you, prevent fraud, administer onboarding, tax reporting and payments, and comply with applicable law. This may include contact, work-eligibility, vehicle, experience, availability, identification, tax identification, banking, uploaded-document, and accommodation-related information.

Sensitive information

The application transmits submitted information to an authorized Berksdelivery Gmail account using an encrypted SMTP connection. Email is not end-to-end encrypted and no internet transmission or mailbox is completely secure. Submit only information requested by the form.

How information is used and shared

Application information is used for recruiting, onboarding, tax and payment purposes. It may be handled by authorized personnel and service providers that support hosting and Google email delivery. We do not sell applicant information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain applicant information only as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or email system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
